How long does it take to ship?
Our current order processing time is 5-10 business days. Your order will ship once your cart is processed. Once your order has shipped a confirmation email will be sent to you via email, in this email will be your tracking number. Delivery time is not guaranteed and is dependent on location of where the package is being delivered to. We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages.
Do you ship worldwide?
We currently only ship to US and Canada.
How do I purchase items from True North Crystal?
In addition to website purchases, True North Crystal hosts Live sales on Instagram every Tuesday and Friday at 7pm EST where each unique crystal piece is being shown with price. Please follow us on Instagram @truenorthcrystal
How much is shipping?
Shipping is flat rate $13 to the US and Canada.
Do you accept returns or exchange?
We do not accept returns or exchanges, all sales are final. Please send us an email at info@truenorthcrystal.com if you have any problems or issues.
What if my received items are damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please take pictures of your damaged items, along with the damaged packaging, if applicable. Please send photos to info@truenorthcrystal.com. We will need these photos to file an insurance claim with our shipping courier. After receiving the photos of the damaged item(s), we will issue you a refund or send you replacement item(s).
What if my shipment is lost?
If you package is lost, kindly contact us at info@truenorthcrystal.com and we will file a claim with the shipping company. We are not responsible for lost of stolen shipments. If we win the claim, we will refund you in full. If we do not win the claim, we cannot issue a refund, but we will provide a store credit for you to use on our website.
Can I combine my website purchases with purchases from Live sale?
We currently cannot accommodate combining purchases from website and Live sale.
